TLP 2004/5On November 02, 2004 there was a spotterday at the base of Florennes in Belgium for TLP 2004/5. The TLP (Tactical Leadership Programme) is a course for experience pilots (at section leader level), which is held 6 times per year. It is organised by AIRNORTH, the air component of the northern NATO. During each course some 20 aircraft will participate for 4 weeks, during the 3rd and 4th week some 10 additional aircraft will arrive to play the ''enemy''.During TLP 2004/5 3 french navy Rafales participated for their first appearance outside their normal environment of the aircraft carrier ''Charles de Gaulle''. A publication of TLP 2004/5 is in the japanese magazine AIREVIEW 2005/5
